worship INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Assist in the planning of Hill City ministry gatherings and grow in your understanding of song selection and philosophy

• Grow in your understanding of the technical side of worship ministry including ProPresenter, Planning Center and audio production basics

• Assist in the upkeep and organization of the green room

• Deepen your theology of worship and understanding of music theory

Sunday Morning Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Self-starter

• Open to giving and receiving feedback
