worship INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Grow in your understanding of the technical side of worship ministry including ProPresenter, Tracks, gathering planning and volunteer scheduling

• Sharpen musical skills and corporate worship leadership skills 

• Come alongside ministries within Hill City to assist in meeting musical worship needs (Light Company, Salt Company, etc.) 

Sunday Morning Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Musical giftings

• Ability to work and grow independently

• Highly responsible

• Availability to serve on weekday evenings
