organizational management INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Gain an understanding of the organizational management aspect of a church 

• Assist in planning the logistics and executing residency program events such as support raising training and new resident onboarding

• Grow in leadership skills through helping plan for and lead the internship program 

Sunday Morning Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Strong organization skills 

• Responsible and trustworthy

• An eye for things that need to get done and self-initiative to take action

• Desire to learn and grow in understanding of organization management
