light company INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Learn how to lead in youth ministry through assisting in the planning and preparation for Sunday mornings

• Gain experience in lesson preparation and teaching

• Assist in the planning and execution of Light Company’s first Youth Conference

• Grow confidence in sharing your story

• Learn how to minister to teenagers within a discipleship focused ministry

Sunday Morning Role:

• Assist in leading Light Company Sunday morning gatherings

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in the execution of internship promotional videos for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Desire to grow in leadership skills 

• Strong communication skills

• Eager to serve and a self-starter 

• Enjoys working with middle and high school students

• Interested in vocational ministry
