hospitality INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Assist in Hospitality and Communion volunteer team scheduling and communication

• Oversee Hospitality team resource and inventory management 

• Grow in hospitality skills through assisting in the coordination of Hill City’s What’s Next class for those new to the church

• Collaborate with Hospitality Team leaders to plan team-specific meetings and events

Sunday Morning Role:

• Serve weekly on the Hospitality team in various roles 

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills 

• High attention to detail

• Tenacity to complete tasks with excellence

• Desire to connect with new people within the church and help them feel welcomed

• Ability to spot areas needing improvement and suggest creative solutions
