communications INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Grow towards being a well-rounded creative - this includes event capture, photo and video editing, graphic design and communication planning

• Learn Hill City’s Communication Team processes and strategy

• Work with communications team to meet various creative needs identified by the ministry areas at the church

• Participate in Creative University with various opportunities to step into leadership roles

Sunday Morning Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn creative strategies and grow in abilities

• Excited to persevere through and problem solve in the midst of challenging projects

• Passionate to support ministries at Hill City

• Desire to serve consistently in the church

• Desire to be pushed outside your creative comfort zone
