CITY GROUPS INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Collaborate with the City Group team and Communications team to coordinate City Group promotions and communication

• Plan and execute networking events for City Group Leaders to connect with one another

• Assist in meeting administrative needs and learn the importance administration as a key role in ministry

• Learn how to coach leaders in ministry

Sunday Morning Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative skills

• Detail-oriented

• Desire to resource and support City Group Leaders

• Passionate about seeing individuals become connected to their church
