care team INTERNSHIP: 

Hill City’s internship program is designed to give college-aged individuals an opportunity for hands-on ministry training. 

What to Expect:

• Gain an understanding of how to coordinate and execute care initiatives

• Assist in ministry specific event planning for Marriage Conference, Re:Engage and more

• Collaborate with Care Team in supporting structures and processes for congregational care and counseling

Sunday Morning Role:

• To be determined with your manager

Internship Requirements:

• Commit to 10 hours per week through the semester of your internship

• Prioritize weekly meetings with your manager

• Attend bi-weekly intern meetings, potentially including required reading beforehand 

• Assist in execution of internship promotional video for future internship opportunities

• Assist Hill City staff as needed 

Qualifications:

• Responsible and trustworthy

• Teachable and open to receiving feedback

• Servant-hearted and humble

• Eager to learn and support the ministry needs

• Desire to help resource people and point them to Jesus
